My first yoga class was when I was sixteen years old. I went into the practice on and off until I realized the best version of myself blossomed whenever I engaged in a committed and regular yoga practice. By the time I was twenty, I became convinced yoga was going to have a very, very special place for the rest of my life if I wanted to live my life to the fullest.

My favourite yoga styles are flow, power, and yin. In my classes, Asana practice has long-lasting mental and physical benefits which will easily be perceived by all those who show up for their practice. On a physical level, students will feel light, refreshed, strong and full of energy. On a mental level, every class is aimed to offer something new to reflect on, which will make my students walk out of class feeling connected, relaxed, uplifted, and motivated.
