March is always a stressful month for students. Whether it’s worrying about summer work, school, or graduating, it often feels like we don’t have enough time in our life for ourselves.
That’s why the UBC Yoga Club and the Mental Health Awareness Club have partnered up to present a workshop on how to reduce stress.

COST: By donation, recommended $2.00 minimum for both club members and non-members.
Join the UBC Yoga Club and the Mental Health Awareness Club for a gentle yoga class followed by a discussion on how to reduce stress! All levels welcome.

Some of the topics we plan to cover in the discussion portion of the event are the mental, physical, and emotional effects of stress and different ways to cope with stress.
