All of us at the yoga club are so excited for the upcoming vinyasa foundations workshop our lovely yoga teacher Hannah!
Join us for an evening of flowing through vinyasas and a workshop on breaking down alignment of individual poses, including modifications. If you’re new to vinyasa flow this is the perfect chance to get familiar with it and you’ll be flowing through poses in no time!
Since vinyasa classes are so fast paced, vinyasa teachers tend to focus more on breath instruction than the actual mechanics of the pose, making it especially helpful to know your alignment well. Learn to breathe through postures in a way that’s kind to your body to prevent injury, deepen your practice and feel more bliss.
Even if you’re an experienced yogi there is always something to learn and ways you can refine your alignment, making your yoga practice all that much sweeter.
All levels welcome – this workshop is also the perfect foundation for our Inversions workshop happening the next week.
